The work we will do is relational, somatic, and trauma informed — meaning we pay attention to what’s happening in your body, emotions, and our connection as we talk. We will move at your pace and help your body integrate what has become stuck.

Through this work, you’ll become more familiar with your body’s signals, understand your emotional landscape, and develop tools to stay grounded when things feel intense.

The premise of our work is the knowledge that when emotions get locked in the past the beliefs that form around them become hidden and drive our lives subconsciously. Our priority will be to work in the present moment to heal what got stuck in the past. We will explore the roots of patterns and beliefs that keep you looping in the same story. Rather than staying caught in the content, we get curious about what’s underneath — how early experiences shaped the way you relate to yourself and others — and how you can start responding differently now.

Sometimes our work might include being outside, if that feels supportive. Nature can help you connect to your body, gain perspective, and find steadiness.

You’ll come away with a clearer understanding of your experience, a kinder relationship with yourself, and practical tools you can use day-to-day to communicate, set boundaries, and meet your needs with compassion.
